Hello and welcome. My name is Stuart Longridge, and thank you for coming to my site. Most folks that I invite here tend to know very little about Personal-Training and even less about Martial-Arts, but that’s fine, I love introducing people to the natural highs of exercise and seeing the changes in their self-confidence as they make new lifestyle changes. It’s a fact that your own personal safety and the well being of your loved ones is of paramount importance in these crazy and unpredictable days, so I hope you will let me teach you some of the skills and amazing techniques I have learned and used successfully over the years. In my time I have accumulated some rather different approaches to Personal-Training based upon simple bodyweight exercises, which target and strengthen the body and core in more natural and effective ways, the days of just lifting weights and putting on pounds of non-working muscle are over as fitness has now been kicked into the 21st century due to Military style boot camps and mixed martial art training (M.M.A). We all know that people come in a variety of shapes, sizes, and physical abilities. For some, the group class setting may be discouraging because of the pressure to keep up with others. Some folks may also feel self-conscious about their weight or the fact that they may have gotten out of shape.Well, here at STRIKE-FIT things are different, as I can offer you the particular type of training you wish, whether it be group classes or one to one private lessons. I also have a philosophy in my Boot-camps that nobody gets left behind, this comes straight out of my Military training and is a new concept to folks within the civilian world.So come along and see what I mean by this, you may never have experienced this type of training before, and dont worry, I wont be shouting at you. *It is no secret that soldiers in the army are trained to the uppermost levels of physical fitness. This is of course necessary as they are expected to operate day to day in some of the harshest environments on the planet, carrying extreme loads whilst also being expected to do their job.

*It has also been proved by a number of researches that individuals who practice any form of martial arts on a regular basis have high levels of fitness as compared to individuals who don't. In addition to this, they also have a stronger immune systems and a high level of will power and self control.

*There are simple techniques and bodyweight exercises that ANYONE can learn to protect themselves and strengthen their bodies. These moves take no special or execptional training because they are instinctive, and now you to can easily learn these natural exercises from an instructor in your own personal environment.
