*It is no secret that soldiers in the army are trained to the uppermost levels of physical fitness. This is of course necessary as they are expected to operate day to day in some of the harshest environments on the planet, carrying extreme loads whilst also being expected to do their job.
*It has also been proved by a number of researches that individuals who practice any form of martial arts on a regular basis have high levels of fitness as compared to individuals who don't. In addition to this, they also have a stronger immune systems and a high level of will power and self control.
*There are simple techniques and bodyweight exercises that ANYONE can learn to protect themselves and strengthen their bodies. These moves take no special or execptional training because they are instinctive, and now you to can easily learn these natural exercises from an instructor in your own personal environment.
